The hotel is conveniently located -- not in the middle of everything, but nevertheless convenient to it all. The staff are uniformly helpful and accommodating, providing directions to nearby restaurants and even driving tips for our next day's journey. The room was spacious and clean, with a complete kitchen and a comfortable bed. We really couldn't have asked for more, and found it to be a good value.

The front desk was very helpful and outstanding in their efforts to assist. They moved my car when the road was being fixed so it would be safer inside the parking garage. Really went the extra mile at all times. This is the place to be now and when the Olympics hit. Stay here and be happy...it is away from the fray and in a peaceful lake area, even though the train station is next door. I will be back...

We were upgraded when we arrived because of the Travel online reservation. We had a junior suite that had a jacuzzi tub in the room and nice view of the moutains. The staff was very pleasant and helped us find our luggage from the train. We were very happy with the service and room.

My son and I stayed here for a week in early April 2008 for a ski vacation. The hotel is not fancy but we were very satisfied. It's clean and neat, the rooms come with a small kitchen that is quite functional (though the supplied set of dishes / utensils was perhaps a bit sparse). Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room clean. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Considering the very reasonable price (for Whistler, which is quite expensive overall), the location is great; it's only about a minute's walk to the "Village Stroll" and within five to seven minutes of everything in Whistler Villager, including the lifts to both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. It's near the biggest (and most reasonably priced) grocery store and the convenience store. It's right across the street from the only rental car place in town and one can up the airport shuttle right across the street. The main queen bed was a great (my son slept on the pullout couch and was much less enthusiastic about it :-). It has laundry facilities which we did not use. It also has a pool and hottub located outdoors; we didn't use them but we saw a number of others using them. There is an Italian restaurant in the same building as the hotel; we didn't try it. The room has a very large jetted tub right in the room which my son used several times. Plenty of hot water. Cable TV with plenty of channels. Individual room air conditioner. Gas fireplace in the room. In summary, we enjoyed it, it was a great value for the money and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
